Leave the decorating to us and look forward to enjoying your tree throughout the season. Choose your tree height below to view pricing.
Decorating includes design, décor placement, and cleanup. Your tree should be assembled and fluffed, with all lights working before your appointment. Assembly, ornament preparation, and lighting can be added for an additional fee.

Prices are based on tree height. A heavily decorated tree or a collection with many glass ornaments may require an additional charge, confirmed in your quote. Please provide the correct height; if your tree is taller than reported, the price will be adjusted. Decorations and takedown are priced separately.

Whether you’re starting fresh or adding to decorations you already love, we can plan the look and do the shopping for you.
The $250 design and shopping fee is separate from the decorating fee and décor purchases. It covers design, shopping time, shopping-related travel, unpacking new decorations, removing tags, and attaching hooks or wire to purchased ornaments. Your décor budget is agreed before purchases are made. Preparation of existing ornaments is charged separately.
For décor, we recommend starting around $75 per foot of tree height, depending on the look you’re going for. This is a recommendation, not a required minimum. Your décor budget is separate from the design and shopping fee and the decorating fee.
Your Appointment Deposit
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your installation appointment and is deducted from the final decorating cost. Submitting a request does not reserve a date or guarantee installation.
We review your request, confirm availability and your quote, then provide payment instructions for your deposit. Your appointment is secured after confirmation and receipt of the deposit.
Before Your Appointment
- Please have your tree assembled, with branches shaped and lights working before your appointment. If you need help with assembly or lighting, let us know so we can include it in your quote.
- Existing ornaments must have hooks or wire attached. Additional ornament preparation is charged separately.
- Light installation or troubleshooting is billed at $100 per hour.
- Travel outside a 10-mile radius of downtown Dallas is charged at $2 per mile, plus tolls. Applicable travel charges are confirmed during consultation.
- Please email photos with the name on your request: your previous tree if reusing decorations, and an inspiration image. Inspiration helps us understand your preferences; we do not duplicate another designer’s work.
Requests are reviewed within 72 hours. Decorating dates are requested between October 15 and December 15, subject to availability.
